Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated real estate videos that visualize projects from the ground stage to final handover.
• Transform empty land into full project visualizations using advanced AI tools.
• Produce videos showcasing all construction phases, including site preparation, structural development, and finishing.
• Develop "Before & After" marketing videos and simulate construction progress timelines.
• Convert architectural drawings and blueprints into realistic AI-generated animations.
• Add storytelling, visual effects, and cinematic presentation to enhance marketing impact.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality promotional content optimized for social media.

Requirements

• Experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway ML, Pika, Kaiber, or Sora.
• Strong visual storytelling and concept development skills.
• Understanding of real estate development and construction phases.
• Ability to create realistic architectural and construction visualizations.
• Proficiency with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Strong creativity and high attention to visual detail.
