AI Prompt & Workflow Designer

Responsibilities

• Architect and design AI workflow blueprints, chatbots, and internal copilots
• Lead the creation, configuration, and maintenance of customer-facing chatbots and internal AI tools
• Define and refine conversation design, prompt structures, and conditional routing logic
• Integrate AI workflows into the core tech stack including Salesforce, Fin.ai, and Asana
• Optimize AI chat and search interfaces to drive self-service resolution and deflection
• Monitor and analyze chatbot performance data to execute optimization strategies
• Maintain technical documentation, workflow logic maps, and prompt libraries
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and LLM features for integration

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Support Operations, Business Systems, or technical CX in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of building complex AI workflows, chatbots, or automated logic systems
• Advanced familiarity with conversational AI platforms and LLM prompt engineering
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools
• Experience integrating tools into Salesforce or Service Cloud ecosystems
• Strong cross-functional communication and technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Fin, and Asana
