AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational AI projects and experiments
• Ensure coordination between IT, Product, and Business teams
• Organize and lead project rituals including progress meetings and follow-up committees
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and actions
• Act as the operational point of contact for AI technology partners
• Help formalize AI use cases, including objectives, scope, and expected value
• Support the transition from POC to operational solutions
• Prepare tracking and reporting materials for the CIO
• Participate in workshops and internal presentations to promote AI culture

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, IT, Data, Digital, or Innovation
• 2–5 years of successful experience in project management, consulting, IT, or Data
• Strong interest in AI with initial exposure to AI projects
• Solid foundations in project management (organization, tracking, coordination)
• Ability to understand technical AI subjects and technologies
• Proficiency in written and oral communication in French and English
• Strong ability to structure, document, and synthesize information
