AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal roll-out of a conversational, agentic AI project, owning the plan, timelines, and delivery of adoption
• Partner closely with internal product owners and technical teams as a hands-on delivery partner
• Map and assess a diverse stakeholder landscape across functions and markets
• Co-facilitate discovery workshops to capture and prioritize use cases
• Act as a bridge between business and technology by translating business questions into technical requirements
• Drive the creation of training materials, communication assets, and enablement plans
• Manage L1 support, feedback loops, and track adoption metrics
• Oversee system access control and governance as the product scales
• Manage risk, resistance, and dependencies to keep stakeholders aligned

Requirements

• At least 8 years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience driving AI or GenAI adoption in complex organizations
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
• Strong facilitation, business analysis, and communication skills
• Solid grounding in change management and delivery management
• Fluent in English
• Eligible to work in Thailand

Preferred Qualifications

• Working proficiency in Thai
• Experience in luxury retail or retail sectors
