AI Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for all AI agent products including architecture and stack decisions
• Deliver AI agents from prototype to production
• Manage and mentor a team of two mid-level developers through code reviews and sprint priorities
• Build integration layers between LLMs and enterprise systems like SAP, Dynamics, and Oracle
• Translate business needs from the CEO into technical execution plans
• Foster an AI-first development culture using tools like Claude Code

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 1–2 years of experience leading a small team or project
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, Python, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
• Daily proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, RFC, webhooks)
• Strong SQL database skills including complex queries and optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience (FI/CO module, BAPIs, RFC, OData)
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Proven track record of shipping products to real end users
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD ownership
