AI Program Manager Intern

Responsibilities

• Research and conduct internal sessions on the latest LLM capabilities and developer tools to foster AI adoption
• Evaluate development workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation solutions
• Serve as a liaison between Product Managers and Developers to align technical requirements with product roadmaps
• Help teams implement advanced coding assistants and open-source protocols to streamline code generation and testing
• Assist in managing sprint cycles, documentation, and progress tracking using project management software

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in software development or technical project coordination through internships, academic projects, or bootcamps
• Strong foundational knowledge of modern LLMs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini and their enterprise use cases
• Hands-on familiarity with next-generation developer tooling like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional work experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
• Proficiency with agile project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting LLMs to data sources
• Basic scripting skills in Python to help automate internal workflows
