AI Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of the Group AI Program and related initiatives
• Support the AI Officer in translating AI strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, and priorities
• Coordinate AI and transformation initiatives across business units and subsidiaries
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, data, and external stakeholders
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and governance materials
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new AI and transformation opportunities
• Develop and support change management plans to facilitate AI adoption
• Support the implementation of AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Collect and analyze business requirements to translate them into structured project plans and use cases
• Coordinate external partners, vendors, and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in large and complex organizational environments
• Experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or transformation projects
• Experience in AI, digital, data, or innovation-related initiatives
• Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Good understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging AI tools
• Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI lifecycle principles
• Understanding of business transformation frameworks and change management
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Familiarity with Python and AI development concepts
