AI Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead an AI-first content production engine to scale high-quality brand content
• Design end-to-end production pipelines by connecting various AI tools and deploying AI agents for specialized tasks
• Lead a diverse internal team of creators, editors, designers, and video specialists to ensure peak performance
• Manage relationships and output with top-tier global creative agencies to ensure alignment with AI-first workflows
• Act as the final quality gatekeeper, ensuring all visual and storytelling standards meet premium brand requirements
• Automate production bottlenecks by testing and integrating new AI video models and automated editing tools

Requirements

• Proven senior management experience leading large creative teams and managing major agencies
• High AI fluency with the ability to build complex workflows and chain multiple AI tools together
• Strong technical agility and the ability to master new technologies rapidly
• Exceptional attention to detail and an obsessive eye for visual and auditory quality
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a builder mindset
• High level of ownership and accountability for production output and deadlines
