AI Product Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Achieve pipeline generation and revenue targets for allocated accounts and territory
• Execute tailored sales plays to capture market opportunities in AI/ML
• Work directly with customers to understand AI/ML needs and inform product roadmap
• Provide executive-level insights to customers and partners regarding AI/ML capabilities
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Field CTOs to drive customer engagements
• Track, analyze, and report on AI/ML sales performance metrics
• Partner with cross-functional organizations to integrate AI/ML sales efforts with go-to-market plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• 6+ years of sales experience exceeding objectives for technical solutions and software
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML and Transformation technologies
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in competitive markets
• Experience with solution-based selling and managing complex sales processes
• Ability to manage, develop, and close new client relationships independently
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior executive engagement
• Ability to work across Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
