AI Product Owner Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver AI PoCs and MVPs that demonstrate measurable value for clients
• Own product outcomes end-to-end, including shaping use cases, defining roadmaps, and managing backlogs
• Translate complex client problems into clear product scope and prioritized backlogs
• Build and guide development using LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and ML frameworks
• Apply hands-on development skills in Python and relevant AI toolkits (e.g., LangChain, FastAPI, Hugging Face)
• Ensure robust engineering practices through LLMOps/MLOps and CI/CD across cloud environments
• Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team to scale delivery standards
• Support early commercial thinking, including scoping, effort estimation, and contributing to proposals/RFPs

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in real-world projects
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering in fast-changing environments
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Background in data engineering and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or Databricks)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building voice-first AI, ASR/TTS systems, or streaming solutions
• Experience working within startups or innovation hubs
• ML certifications (e.g., Databricks or GCP)
• Agile/Scrum or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certifications
• Professional Scrum Product Owner – AI Essentials (PSPO-AI Essentials)
