About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the product vision and create the roadmap for AI agents and automated workflows
- Bridge the gap between business and engineering by translating needs into technical user stories and code requirements
- Collaborate with developers on technical decisions regarding cost, speed, and accuracy using Python and AI knowledge
- Implement tests and guardrails to ensure AI systems are accurate, safe, and helpful
- Monitor user feedback and performance data to continuously improve agent intelligence and speed
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in our Riyadh office
- Proficiency in Python with real experience writing or reading code
- Hands-on experience with agentic technologies such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or RAG systems
- Proven experience in technical product management or as a lead software engineer
- Strong communication skills to explain complex AI models to non-technical business teams
- A problem-solving mindset suited for the experimental nature of Generative AI
