AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process reviews to translate business needs into clear problem statements.
• Develop key artifacts including business requirement documents (BRDs), epics, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Owners to convert business requirements into well-groomed backlog items and sprint-ready work.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating complex AI trade-offs (cost, latency, accuracy) for non-technical stakeholders.
• Define AI-specific success metrics, including model performance indicators (precision/recall, lift) and business outcome metrics.
• Oversee post-launch monitoring requirements, defining thresholds for model drift, bias, and performance decay.
• Drive enterprise-scale GenAI roadmap planning, including conversational AI, document intelligence, and RAG-based initiatives.
• Ensure AI ethics and governance principles, such as fairness and transparency, are embedded into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and measurable requirements.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled product features, including understanding ML pipelines (training, validation, inference) and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, including bias, fairness, transparency, and privacy in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Miro.
• Strong data literacy with a solid understanding of statistics fundamentals.
