AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time directly with customers to understand friction and build trust during onboarding
• Translate customer insights into AI-powered product flows that reduce manual effort
• Design and ship product improvements quickly, using AI to prototype and accelerate development
• Build intuitive onboarding experiences that guide providers to success with minimal support intervention
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive steps in the onboarding and activation process
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to scale successful product features
• Pull and analyze data to prioritize product focus and measure the impact of shipped changes

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (required)
• Ability to read and write code well enough to collaborate with engineers and prototype quickly
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work and build product experiences
• Strong communication skills to turn messy customer conversations into crisp product specs
• Ability to work in-person in either San Francisco, CA or Columbus, OH

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or business school degree
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
• Experience with early-stage startups or founding teams
