AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support organizations in modernizing product operating models and accelerating the product delivery lifecycle through AI integration
• Assess the maturity of product organizations through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and process analysis
• Identify and enable AI tools and capabilities to infuse artificial intelligence into the product lifecycle
• Develop transformation frameworks, including process maps, role definitions, playbooks, and training materials
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies to support change adoption
• Implement transformation initiatives by identifying value streams and shaping cross-functional teams
• Track progress and outcomes by collecting and analyzing metrics and performance indicators

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, agile coaching, scrum master, or related roles
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting or client-facing positions
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within product development workflows
• Working knowledge of product operating models, value stream management, or lean portfolio management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and communication skills
