AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define a 3–9-month AI roadmap aligned to company strategic goals
• Convert strategy into prioritized increments with PRDs and release plans
• Own evaluation for AI features including offline tests and A/B experiments
• Define safety, privacy, and compliance requirements and implement guardrails
• Define product requirements for API-first and event-driven integrations
• Lead build vs. buy tradeoff analyses including financial models and risk assessments
• Lead cross-functional squads spanning ML Engineering, MLOps, and Data Engineering
• Define KPIs connecting business outcomes to product performance

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with shipped data or AI features
• Proven ownership of AI feature evaluation and experimentation
• Experience driving enterprise-scale application integrations (API, iPaaS, SLAs)
• Demonstrated ability to lead build vs. buy decisions
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience optimizing Amazon sales and ad channels
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud and CDP integrations
• Exposure to LLMOps, vector search/RAG, or model observability
