About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Translate product metrics into clear insights and management-ready presentations
- Assist in marketing workflow redesign through use of automation and AI
- Analyze product and user data to identify drop-offs, trends, and growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions such as WhatsApp and chatbots
- Work with LLM-based systems to structure prompts, flows, and guardrails
Requirements
- Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling ability
- Basic UX/UI design understanding including wireframing and user flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Proficiency in Excel including Power Query
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or prompt design
- Interest in LLM-driven product experiences
