AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered features
• Partner with ML/AI engineers to scope model-driven features and set success criteria
• Work with regulatory teams to ensure AI capabilities meet healthcare data standards like HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11
• Lead customer discovery, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Drive cross-product alignment to ensure a cohesive customer experience
• Manage the vision, long-term strategy, and P&L for strategic product lines
• Mentor and develop Product Managers across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management
• Experience with LLM-based product development including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
• Background in clinical research, life sciences, or health IT
• Experience in eClinical, Digital Health, or Decentralized Trial (DCT) technologies
• Familiarity with FDA software guidance for AI/ML-based software as a medical device (SaMD)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum SDLC environments
• Experience with go-to-market strategy planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-to-growth stage startup environments
• Knowledge of pricing strategies for technology products
• Experience building regulated 21 CFR Part 11 compliant clinical technologies
