AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Define product vision, success metrics, and quarterly priorities
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Gather insights from enterprise clients, banks, and internal stakeholders to act as the voice of the customer
• Track product performance using SaaS metrics such as adoption, usage, and SLAs
• Ensure products meet security, compliance, and fintech regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise product environment
• Strong understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle and agile development methodologies
• Proven experience writing clear PRDs and collaborating effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B fintech, payments, lending, or ERP integrations
• Exposure to APIs, complex workflows, and system integrations
• Understanding of financial products, cash management, or working capital
• Prior experience working directly with enterprise or banking clients
