AI Product & Innovation Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own AI-focused workstreams from discovery through delivery
• Translate business challenges into AI opportunity areas and solution roadmaps
• Lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize insights into structured findings
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and frameworks against client objectives
• Develop executive-ready presentations and workshop materials
• Map business processes and data flows to identify AI intervention points
• Contribute to internal knowledge development, reusable assets, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in consulting, product management, or analytics
• Strong working knowledge of AI and data concepts, including LLMs and data pipelines
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver executive-ready recommendations
• Advanced strategic storytelling and presentation skills
• Proficiency in analytical modeling and Excel for business case and scenario analysis
• Hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI product discovery and roadmap development
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph)
• Knowledge of analytics and semantic tooling (e.g., dbt, LookML)
• Experience designing and leading client workshops
