AI Product & Innovation Managing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product strategy engagements from initial scoping through final delivery
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level client leaders, managing complex stakeholder environments
• Define engagement approaches, team structures, and delivery plans for complex AI programs
• Shape AI product roadmaps and investment cases that align executive vision with technical realities
• Drive business development by identifying expansion opportunities and leading proposals
• Build, mentor, and manage teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Contribute to the development of AI product methodologies, reusable assets, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise AI, data, or digital product initiatives
• Strong background in consulting or advisory environments
• Deep fluency in the AI product landscape, including foundation models and agentic frameworks
• Proven ability to lead engagements and manage high-level client relationships
• Experience building and managing small to mid-sized delivery teams
• Exceptional executive communication and strategic storytelling skills
