AI Product Engineer

Founded by the team behind Ally.io (acquired by Microsoft) and backed by GreenOaks, Madrona, and Accel, Rhythms provides multi-agent AI architecture that integrates with Slack, Teams, Jira, and Linear to eliminate manual operational overhead.

Responsibilities

• Ship agent systems that run business operations autonomously, including OKR execution and Auto-Pilot workflows.
• Own features end-to-end from discovery and design to implementation and measurement.
• Design multi-agent architectures that balance capability and reliability using various models and orchestration patterns.
• Build chat-native experiences that users depend on daily.
• Push the AI stack forward by iterating weekly with the latest models and tools.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience building production software.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLMs, agents, or AI-native applications in production.
• Proficiency in Python and comfort with React/Next.js.
• Experience working on distributed systems.
• Ability to move fast, iterate in production, and operate with an ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience bridging the gap between working prototypes and enterprise-grade production systems.
• Strong product sensibility and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
