AI Product Director

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI product strategy for large-scale bank operations.
• Lead and mentor teams of product managers, guiding their professional development and execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, including Executive Directors and Managing Directors, to deliver business-critical results.
• Own product roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for ambitious, early-stage AI initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, specifically regarding agentic practices and LLM advancements.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in product management combined with expert applied experience.
• Extensive experience driving the full product development lifecycle, from vision and strategy to launch.
• Deep familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and optimization techniques like prompting and fine-tuning.
• Technical knowledge of AI frameworks, including RAG, MCPs, and agentic pipelines.
• Proven experience working within a strong product management culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of launching successful, large-scale products under tight timelines.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed technical guidance.
• Strong ability to navigate organizational complexity and align stakeholders across different business areas.
