AI Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for agentic AI products, from discovery and user research through to production-ready specs
• Design intuitive interfaces for multi-agent systems, conversational data exploration, and automated reporting dashboards
• Develop and maintain a design system for the Decisioning practice's AI product suite to ensure visual consistency
• Conduct user research with internal media teams and client stakeholders to validate design decisions and map workflows
• Design transparency and trust patterns for AI-driven experiences, including error recovery and agent-to-human handoff
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped B2B or data-heavy products
• Expertise in complex workflow design, data visualization, and enterprise UX at scale
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and interactive prototyping
• Experience designing for AI/ML-powered products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design methodology
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to engineering and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the media, advertising, or marketing technology industries
• Familiarity with Databricks, Power BI, or similar data/analytics platforms
• Experience designing chatbot, copilot, or agent-based interaction patterns
• Background in designing for business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard products
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions for complex AI state transitions
