AI Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and identify issues in existing conversational flows to propose UX enhancements
• Rigorously test chat and voice user experiences for functionality, usability, and contextual accuracy before production deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists to analyze conversational data and improve AI models
• Optimize conversational designs to ensure natural and seamless interactions for both chat and voice systems
• Monitor and report on user behavior and feedback using analytics tools to provide actionable insights
• Build expertise in advanced technologies including LLMs, ASR, and TTS

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in conversational design, chatbot/voice assistant testing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of chat and voice UX principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience testing conversational flows and troubleshooting interaction issues
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior
• Knowledge or exposure to conversational AI tools such as Dialogflow or Rasa

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
• Exposure to Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies
• Understanding of conversational AI ecosystems or Bhasa infrastructure
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge for prototyping and testing
