About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the identification and prioritization of AI use cases across Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP)
- Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners, FSS teams, and IT to uncover high-value opportunities
- Translate business challenges into structured AI use case frameworks including problem, data, success metrics, and ROI
- Assess processes for AI readiness regarding data quality, standardization, and automation potential
- Lead coordination of AI pilots and implementations from POC to deployment
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and IT
- Track and report progress, KPIs, and realized benefits such as efficiency gains and cost savings
- Contribute to executive reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or project delivery
- Proven experience working across business and IT environments
- Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GBS, Shared Services, or multinational environments
- Proficiency in Power BI
