AI Process Optimization Expert

Responsibilities

• Drive the identification and prioritization of AI use cases across Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP)
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners, FSS teams, and IT to uncover high-value opportunities
• Translate business challenges into structured AI use case frameworks including problem, data, success metrics, and ROI
• Assess processes for AI readiness regarding data quality, standardization, and automation potential
• Lead coordination of AI pilots and implementations from POC to deployment
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and IT
• Track and report progress, KPIs, and realized benefits such as efficiency gains and cost savings
• Contribute to executive reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or project delivery
• Proven experience working across business and IT environments
• Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GBS, Shared Services, or multinational environments
• Proficiency in Power BI
