AI Process & Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor AI tools to improve business processes, content quality, and customer experience across various corporate functions
• Manage content operations by overseeing AI-generated content flows, ensuring policy compliance, and monitoring output quality
• Support customer care by managing AI-driven client requests, handling escalations, and analyzing response quality
• Optimize client onboarding processes through AI integration and feedback collection to improve user experience
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying patterns and refining prompts and workflows to enhance AI agent performance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Philosophy (focusing on language, ethics, or logic), Sociology, Psychology, Communication, or Engineering
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Proven experience in managing or optimizing business processes
• Analytical, reflective, and pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ethics and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to various international AB locations to implement corporate strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM or Marketing Automation tools
• Experience with design tools like Canva
• Interest or background in Marketing, Customer Experience, or the digital landscape
