AI Platform Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize feature requests from users, sales, and market insights
• Conduct market research on API platforms, AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, vector search), and user experience
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and AI functionalities
• Collaborate with VP of Product and engineering leads to prioritize features
• Plan and maintain the product roadmap and manage a structured product backlog
• Oversee feature releases following CI/CD practices
• Lead internal testing sessions to validate usability and quality
• Analyze feature performance using tools like Mixpanel
• Maintain product documentation including API references and wireframes

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience delivering API-first or platform-based products
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
• Knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
• Strong UX/UI skills with tools like Figma or Miro
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Fluency in English and Arabic
