AI Platform Engineer, Business Applications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, including retrieval, ranking, and context injection
• Optimize embedding strategies and vector indexing to improve retrieval accuracy
• Build real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources
• Develop scalable microservices and APIs using Python to integrate with enterprise systems like CRM and data lakes
• Enforce data governance, including access policies, sensitive information masking, and compliance standards
• Deploy and operate services in cloud-native environments with a focus on logging, monitoring, and AI observability

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software AI development, including design patterns and practices
• Expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases
• Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with object-oriented programming, concurrency, and REST APIs
• Knowledge of AI observability practices, such as tracing LLM calls and monitoring retrieval metrics
• Ability to build reusable and modular platform components to accelerate development
