AI Platform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic, GCP Gemini, and Cursor
• Own tenant configurations, environment settings, platform governance, and operational health
• Configure and manage connectors, integrations, and data source connections in coordination with IT and security teams
• Administer user access, licensing, and role-based permissions, managing the full user lifecycle
• Monitor platform performance and usage analytics to proactively identify issues and track adoption metrics
• Enforce guardrails, responsible AI policies, and data handling controls to ensure compliance with security and legal requirements
• Lead platform governance activities, including use case evaluation, change management, and maintenance of operational runbooks
• Develop enablement materials, how-to guides, and training sessions to drive responsible AI adoption across the organization
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-6 years of experience in IT systems administration or technical operations supporting enterprise SaaS or cloud-based platforms
• Hands-on experience administering or configuring enterprise AI platforms
• Solid understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, including APIs, prompt configurations, and connectors
• Experience managing user access, licensing, and identity/role configurations in a large organization
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with strong documentation habits and an analytical problem-solving mindset
