About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering to improve customer data quality for growth use cases
- Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into the CRM/Loyalty stack to automate hyper-personalization
- Build rapid "Test & Learn" workflows for regional pilot launches
- Own the logic for real-time content assembly and dynamic personalization
- Act as an internal AI subject matter expert for the traveler engagement and loyalty teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, data engineering, and MarTech
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI agents
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools
- Experience with customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and uplift modeling
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Hightouch
- Ability to design automated workflows and agile systems
