Responsibilities

  • Deploy AI tools and workflows through the development of internal AI products, agents, and skills
  • Enable non-engineering teams to leverage the internal AI stack including Ramp Inspect, Ramp Glass, and Notion
  • Measure impact of internal products via AI-built dashboards and QA checks
  • Seed an AI-native culture by coaching internal AI champions and embedding new practices
  • Build feedback loops to improve internal AI agent performance and reliability
  • Tackle foundational AI infrastructure challenges like data reliability and managing shared AI skills at scale
  • Package and communicate Ramp's internal AI journey to customers and at conferences

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in product management, product ops, BizOps, strategy, or technical program management
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to build and transform work in prior roles
  • Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools, SQL, BI tools, APIs, and scripting
  • Experience with development copilot tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
  • Strong communication skills for writing documentation and running training sessions
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer and usage data
  • High ownership and comfort with autonomy and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with departmental workflows in Sales, CX, Finance, Risk, or HR
  • Prior experience in internal enablement or change management programs
  • Interest in commercializing operational learnings through customer-facing AI agents
