Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to support and optimize daily operational workflows
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across business processes
• Assist in content generation, data analysis, workflow automation, and internal tooling using AI
• Continuously explore and test new AI tools and use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-driven workflows
• Build documentation and best practices for AI-enabled operations

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong interest in AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI agents
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate ideas into execution
• High learning agility and curiosity
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Notion AI, or Airtable
• Basic understanding of data analysis or scripting
• Experience in startup or fast-paced tech environments
• Content creation or community operation experience
