AI Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage AI system performance through dashboards, logs, and alerts
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure resolution and continuous improvement
• Partner with Support and Solutions to run hypercare efforts on newly implemented clients
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions to drive audits and project-based assignments
• Assist with QAing and monitoring product usage for new product rollouts
• Drive improvements in customer experience through direct sentiment and feedback collection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics or Business Administration
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to hit daily project targets
• Curious mind and drive to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to give and receive feedback
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in housing or related industries
• Client facing experience
• Analytical skills and bias towards data-driven decision-making
• SQL knowledge
• Working experience or self-directed experimentation with AI
