Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Drive AI initiatives across the organization to improve operational efficiency and product innovation
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution for AI opportunities
• Develop a deep understanding of all business aspects, from user acquisition to product development
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication
• Optimize operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven workflows

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, or business strategy
• Deep obsession with AI and constant research into the latest tools and news
• Ability to lead and execute projects independently
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
• Hands-on capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution (automation, data workflows)
• Excellent communication skills for leadership and cross-departmental collaboration
