AI Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across trading, customer operations, and product development
• Redesign core operational processes to be AI-first
• Eliminate manual work across functions through intelligent automation
• Build internal AI tools to supercharge teams in product, finance, and operations
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies rapidly
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in a STEM field
• Deep curiosity about AI and a track record of using it in real-world settings
• Relentless approach to solving complex problems
• Ability to learn quickly and iterate in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both individually and within a team
