AI Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own a prioritized AI roadmap sourced from department needs and leadership priorities
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools from concept to production
• Define agent and skill lifecycle standards, including prompt libraries and integration patterns
• Administer platform tools such as Claude, Notion AI, n8n, and Zapier
• Run the AI Champion & Leader network across non-technical departments
• Lead continuous AI upskilling through courses, office hours, and internal content

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in AI operations, technical revops, GTM engineering, or product ops
• At least 2 years focused on AI/automation tooling in a fast-moving company
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered workflows and internal tools end-to-end
• Proficiency with LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier)
• Strong prompt engineering fundamentals and systematic output evaluation
• Experience managing roadmaps and running cross-functional programs with non-technical stakeholders
