AI Operations Engineer

Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs complexity for the world's largest companies, allowing them to move at the speed of their ideas rather than being slowed down by legacy systems. Based in London and NYC, we are a high-velocity, talent-dense team that recently raised a $60M Series A.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leads across GTM, product, finance, and ops to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling using both code-first approaches and low-code platforms
• Work closely with the engineering team to contribute to developer productivity workflows and build automations that accelerate engineering speed
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or a technical product role
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Ability to prototype real workflows using code-first approaches
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay, or Gumloop
• Strong process thinking and ability to prioritize ruthlessly
• High ownership mindset and ability to present business cases to leadership
