Responsibilities

• Run daily dispatch execution including load assignment, driver communication, and exception handling
• Use AI tools daily to research, troubleshoot, draft, analyze, and automate work
• Improve operational playbooks by documenting processes and flagging inefficiencies
• Partner with engineering and product teams to automate recurring manual workflows
• Track operational KPIs such as load coverage, on-time performance, and driver utilization

Requirements

• Recent degree or 1–2 years of work experience
• AI-native habits with experience using AI for research and production
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain organized and calm under pressure in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or early experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience with spreadsheets, SQL, or light scripting
• Spanish language proficiency
