Responsibilities
- Ensure advisers are set up for success and experience product delight
- Troubleshoot issues and answer customer questions
- Manage invoicing, onboarding workflows, and internal processes
- Surface patterns from support conversations to the product team to shape development
- Pitch in on various tasks to support company scaling
Requirements
- High level of ownership and responsibility
- Ability to turn ambiguity into action
- Strong empathy for financial advisers and ability to communicate product value
- Willingness to prioritize in-person collaboration
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
- Understanding of the financial services industry is helpful but not required
