AI Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact during the first 30 days of the new customer experience
• Implement and configure AI agents for client accounts
• Coordinate all account connections, including product and integration-related tasks
• Conduct full-team trainings for all locations in every account covering best practices
• Ensure product adoption through outreach methods and account health scoring
• Manage potential escalations and coordinate responses to client issues
• Ensure effective hand-off to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) after onboarding
• Build new processes and collaborate with departments to improve implementation

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
• Working knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, Voice AI, and automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience communicating directly with clients
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex customer environments
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
• A growth-oriented approach to AI technology
