AI Onboarding Pre-Screening Candidate Specialist

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-powered screening tools and platforms to evaluate candidate applications against established criteria
• Analyze candidate qualifications, experience, and skill sets to identify suitable matches for open positions
• Maintain detailed records of screening assessments and candidate evaluations within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to refine screening parameters and improve AI assessment accuracy
• Conduct preliminary candidate communications to confirm information and provide feedback on screening outcomes
• Monitor and report on screening metrics, including candidate pipeline data and assessment completion rates
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies throughout the screening process
• Identify and escalate technical issues or inconsistencies in the AI screening system

Requirements

• Proven experience with AI and machine learning screening tools or platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate screening, evaluation, and assessment methodologies
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns in candidate profiles
• Solid understanding of onboarding processes and recruitment workflows
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in HR operations or talent acquisition
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment
• Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) systems
