AI-Native Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads to surface gaps and risks in developer success
• Maintain team activation calendar, budget, and priorities
• Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows to automate reporting
• Integrate into team rhythm by influencing meeting agendas and trackers
• Develop scalable, repeatable processes and lead organizational change

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Program Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in operational program management, developer operations, or engineering operations
• Strong organization and ability to manage parallel workstreams with senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, and automation
• Technical proficiency to build or prototype internal tools, dashboards, or scripts

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of automations, tools, dashboards, agents, or workflows built to improve team execution
