AI-Native Product Engineer

About the Company

Phantm is a climate-technology company collecting, enriching, and repurposing fractured, complex packaging data, turning data about materials, mass and movement into structured, actionable intelligence for reporting, compliance, and smarter decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product implementation across frontend, backend and data layer
• Work directly with founders and customer engagement team to translate market feedback into shipped features
• Rapidly prototype, refine and release product improvements
• Maintain and evolve the existing platform to materially accelerate it
• Build internal tools, dashboards and interfaces that make complex data tangible for customers
• Use AI-native development tools as part of your daily workflow to increase output

Requirements

• Strong capability in React, Next.js and Python or Node.js
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar
• A portfolio of shipped products, features or tools
• Strong product instinct and a good design eye
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without excessive structure
• Ability to work closely with founders to understand commercial priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to sustainability or supply chain systems
• Experience with compliance or reporting data
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
