AI Native Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI-based products including planning, development, deployment, and operation within a Squad
• Design and implement service features using AI models (prompt engineering, API integration, RAG pipelines, MCP, agent orchestration)
• Develop and operate end-to-end services covering both frontend and backend
• Build model inference pipelines, optimization, and monitoring systems
• Design service architectures and optimize performance for high-traffic environments
• Design and operate CI/CD and data pipelines for service stability

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Backend development expertise in Node.js, Python, Kotlin, or Go
• Experience with end-to-end service development from planning to deployment
• Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience operating services in high-traffic environments
• Experience with monitoring and incident response (Datadog, Grafana, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in using AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, etc.)
• Experience with Context & Harness Engineering (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, etc.)
• Understanding of agent tool ecosystems (Plugins, Skills, MCP)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker
• Experience building GPU-based model serving infrastructure (vLLM, Triton)
• Experience operating AI services with large user bases (DAU 100k+)
• Full-stack capabilities with Frontend experience (React, TypeScript)
• Experience in technical leadership or team management
• Ability to design entire environments for agent operation rather than just single prompts
