AI Native Full-stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery workflows using AI coding agents as the primary development method
• Build and maintain features across Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL data models, and React UI components
• Own the knowledge layer for AI agents by creating system prompts and context documentation
• Ship production features, refactor codebases, and automate routine engineering tasks using AI-augmented workflows
• Mentor teammates on AI-native development practices and shared prompt libraries
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and verification of agent-generated code

Requirements

• Demonstrated daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent autonomous coding agents
• Strong experience with Django (Python) and PostgreSQL
• Solid React and frontend development skills
• Proficiency in software architecture, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work with a "Delegate, Review, Own" mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCP infrastructure and cloud platform services
• Experience building AI-powered product features using LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns
• Familiarity with wind energy, robotics, or industrial IoT domains
