About the Company

Responsibilities

• Build the intelligence layer that helps engineering organizations understand work across people, code, systems, and AI
• Create agents and workflows that use Faros's operational context to assist with engineering planning, delivery, and decision-making
• Design context systems, memory, tooling, and retrieval capabilities for AI in enterprise environments
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of human-AI systems
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for AI-powered engineering workflows
• Rapidly experiment with emerging models, tools, and techniques
• Use data to identify bottlenecks in software delivery and create improvement products

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• History of building products, systems, tools, automation, or side projects
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
• Experience using AI to accelerate development, research, or decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to move rapidly from idea to implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong judgment and ability to reason through tradeoffs
• A bias toward action and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building systems, platforms, or workflows adopted by organizations
• Experience designing AI agents, agentic workflows, or evaluation frameworks
• Built automation that significantly improved organizational productivity
• Open-source contributions, hackathon projects, or startup experience
• Deep experimentation with modern AI models and developer tools
