AI-Native AX Operations Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Support AX (AI Transformation) change management by researching and archiving best practices, case studies, and relevant digital resources.
• Assist in AX communication content operations, including gathering data and using generative AI to draft content, titles, and summaries.
• Manage AX program operations by organizing documentation for challenges, training programs, and employee campaigns.
• Maintain operational documents such as attendee lists, schedules, checklists, and meeting minutes.
• Implement AI-native workflows by using generative AI for repetitive tasks like data summarization, classification, and drafting, while documenting efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently available for an internship period.
• Experience using generative AI tools for work, learning, or content creation.
• Communication experience in areas such as SNS management, newsletter production, or video scripting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail in data research, document organization, and schedule management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Copilot.
• Experience verifying AI outputs for accuracy, hallucinations, and source reliability.
• Interest in or experience summarizing tech trends, digital transformation, or AI industry news.
• Experience assisting in the operation of corporate campaigns, training, or events.
• Ability to improve workflows using automation tools, no-code/low-code tools, or advanced spreadsheet functions.
