AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize GenAI solutions using various LLMs including OpenAI, Claude, and open-source models
• Build and fine-tune prompt engineering pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Design and implement multi-step agent workflows and autonomous agents capable of reasoning and tool usage
• Integrate APIs, vector databases, and external tools into agent pipelines
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset validation
• Debug and optimize agent behavior for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Manage embeddings and vector databases such as Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development or related software engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building at least one end-to-end GenAI or LLM-based project
• Expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures and prompt engineering
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Solid knowledge of ML fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Strong logical reasoning and debugging capabilities
