AI ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Transform AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms
• Ensure efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems
• Monitor and optimize model performance for responsiveness and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using AI/ML
• Manage organizational change and assist with user training for new solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Keras
• Foundational understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and deep learning
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI
• Knowledge of Computer Vision techniques
• Experience in quality management, laboratory testing, or supply chain management
