AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced LLM models to tackle real-world problems, particularly automating complex, manual processes across various verticals such as healthcare, government, and energy.
• Build scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy, preparing them for production environments.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure consistent delivery and value across global government sectors.
• Lead impactful projects such as optimizing energy production systems, modernizing core government workflows, and improving healthcare outcomes.
• Engage directly with government officials and work alongside experienced founders, AI researchers, and software engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to complex challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and promote high-quality engineering practices.

Requirements

• BSc, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
• Experience building GenAI applications (Agents, reasoning models, RAG)
• Familiarity with large language model architectures and operations
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments handling competing priorities/deadlines
• Eager to take ownership and learn as needed
